Kabbalah Centre: A Divers Religion

Background

The teachings of Kabbalah Centre are built on the ancient writings of Kabbalah. The culture evolves from Zohar and the literature of the great 16th century, known as Kabbalist Rav Isaac Luria (the Ari). The teachings of Kabbalah have been passed down for over 4000 years. The Kabbalah Centre founder, Rav Yehuda Ashlag, accomplished the first translation of Zohar back in 1922. The language was transformed from the ancient teachings of Aramaic into contemporary day Hebrew. A close friend and student by the name of Rav Brandwein, continued Rav practices after his death. The many books of the Kabbalah teachings have not been fully transferred.

The Kabbalah Centre is a non profit organization located in Los Angeles, California. The teachings were founded by Rav Yehuda Ashlag in 1922. The organization or language seems to mean different things for diverse people. This could be due to a lack of understanding. The teachings have not been fully translated. The “overall” goal is to demonstrate an improved way of life. Kabbalah Centre widespread understanding that invites all religion. It touches on the spirituality of the soul and the physical being as well. The goal is to provide a support system that will change society’s lives. The thought process is not self-encouraged but expresses a life changing spirituality for all mankind. ”We teach Kabbalah, not as a scholarly study but as a way of creating better life and a better world.”

The teachings of Kabbalah Centre seem to be grabbing everyone’s attention lately. The pop-star Madonna showed interest in the teachings. Later, additional Hollywood stars followed her lead.
